The Direct Sharedeal Fund

In addition to Advisory Portfolio Management, Direct Sharedeal, a leading on-line broker in the UK, is proposing to offer investors the opportunity to invest in such areas of high capital growth as Private Equity, Initial Public Offerings and property.

Direct Sharedeal will utilise the services of highly experienced managers in each of the target areas to provide access to the potential return levels usually reserved for institutions and specialist investors.

The format of the investment will be that of a Fund which will spread its investment profile over the range of areas targeted to generate significant capital return. Part of the Fund will also be actively invested in managed stockmarket positions in order to generate income for regular distribution to participants.
