Why am I asked to change my password when I log in for the first time?

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the 'Forgotten Password' option on the Login box. This option is only available for users that completed the security details imformation when they logged in for the first time. If you have not completed these details, you will need to call us to reset your password on: 0141 270 3233.

Why am I asked to change my password when I log in for the first time?

When you log in to your Online Dealing account for the first time you will be asked to change your password. This is to ensure that only you know it. You must put in your old password and a new password of your choice. You will be asked to type in your new password twice to avoid misspelling it.

You have changed my password for me, but when I log in I am asked to change it again?

Anytime your password is changed by us, you will be asked to change it again when you log back in for the first time. This is so that only you know it.
